Paris ..... has a chic new cut !!!!!

Paris has a new cute look!

Paris Hilton recently changed her hairstyle and showed up to the cameras with a short blond hair new look on August.
She looks hotter than ever with this new makeover without any extensions!

The hair has had many layers cut throughout that are short to long to create a wispy effect.

This is a fabulous and flexible short cut which suits many face shapes.

Short wispy side swept bangs look fabulous on Ms. Hilton and finish the style off nicely.

The hair has been layered all over and razored and flicked on the ends for texture and a gorgeous messy effect.
The bangs have been cut mid-length to change the geometry of the style and to draw attention to the eyes.

REESE WITHERSPOON ..versatile and chic....starring in Water for elephants!!!

Reese's Pieces
Reese Witherspoon and "Twilight" star Robert Pattinson feature as a forbidden couple in the upcoming early 20th century circus drama "Water for Elephants," and nothing about the film has gotten more buzz than their supposedly steamy love scenes.
Hope they edit out the giggles, based on what they told Entertainment Tonight.
The pair sat down to talk about filming together -- Reese says she's "lucky" to be able to kiss Rob -- and said it's quite the good time.
"We'll probably just laugh the whole time, because all we do is joke around and laugh... we just have a great time."
There's also a bit of awkward, oedipal chat -- Pattinson played an aged Witherspoon's son in the 2004 film "Vanity Fair," though the scene was eventually cut.
I loved the book.... can hardly wait to see the movie...Patterson would not have been my choice for male role....oh well....... also hoping they do not get too graphic on Elephant(Rosie) abuse.......

BROOKLYN DECKER'S NEW CUT......

Brooklyn Decker Chops 10 Inches Off Her Hair

Brooklyn Decker Chops 10 Inches Off Her Hair
She’s ready for spring! Just Go With It star Brooklyn Decker chopped her lengthy locks Tuesday, lopping 10 inches off her mane at the W Hotel in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.. “I love!!” the model-turned-actress Tweeted, thanking stylist Ted Gibson and colorist Jason Backe for the new look. “Brooklyn’s updated, modern bob is on trend for 2011,” Gibson tells PEOPLE. “Shorter hair can be sexy, confident and super modern, and I think hair that is too long isn’t chic or fashionable right now.” Decker also changed up her solid blond hue, letting Backe add some dimension to her color. “I incorporated two trends: gold tones — super hot for spring and summer! — and bold, contrasting ribbons of blond,” he explains. “[We're] stepping away from the monochromatic or subtle tone-on-tone looks from the last few seasons.” Though Decker, who’s married to tennis star Andy Roddick, wasn’t able to donate her hair to Locks of Love — “my hair was colored so I couldn’t .

Evan Rachel Wood in mini series...MIldred Pierce...

 Evan Rachel Wood
Evan Rachel Wood looked just peachy  as she hit the red carpet for the premiere of her latest mini-series, "Mildred Pierce," on March 21 in New York.

The 23-year-old star cut a sophisticated figure on the red carpet in the long sleeve jersey cocktail dress (with sexy, but not too revealing slit) by Elie Saab .I loved the jeweled diamanté clasp on the frock, which looked great with Wood's vintage-style sparkling earrings. She finished off the look with matching plum Elie Saab heels.

Amping up the glam factor of the ensemble? The star wore her hair in tumbling Veronica Lake-inspired waves and added a deep red lip color .
This  is my choice for great hair..... trending for spring.....

The Anti-christ.... no joke.....

Obama__The_OFFICIAL__Antichrist__.jpg The Antichrist
According to The Book of Revelations the anti-Christ is:
The anti-Christ will be a man, in his 40s, of MUSLIM descent, who will deceive the nations with persuasive language, and have a MASSIVE Christ-like appeal.... the prophecy says that people will flock to him and he will promise false hope and world peace, and when he is in power, will destroy everything. Is it OBAMA??
If he is the anti-Christ, then we have nothing to worry about... Obama can not even run the United States, much less the world...He does look the part though...and Michelle is an ugly demon...LOL !!!

WHY GO OMBRE ????????????? WHY NOT ??????

Why go ombre?

Ombre is a French word that literally means shaded; think gradient color, like you'd see on a swatch of fabric or skein of yarn.  Ombre is a hot trend in hair color this year -- and with good reason!
1. Ombre is a lo-maintnance hair color technique.
OK, so nothing is more low maintenance than not coloring your hair, but comparatively speaking, ombre is a fairly easy hair color look to keep up (presuming you go from darker roots to lighter ends). For the least maintenance, go as close to your natural hair color as possible near your roots, then gradually go lighter down the hair shaft.
Drew Barrymore has dramatic color contrast between her roots and her ends, but because the transition is gradual (this is really key), it's not a harsh look. Rachel Bilson and Sarah Jessica Parker sport more subtle ombre looks -- gorgeous, we say!
2. Ombre is an anti-aging hair color trick.
Ombre hair coloring actually mimics the hair color of our childhoods. Remember when you'd get so much sun in the summer that your hair would lighten dramatically? Then, by mid-winter, you'd have that ombre look... naturally. Presuming your natural hair color isn't gray, ombre hair color looks very youthful.
3. Ombre is an easy way to grow out your roots.
Well, yeah, this isn't surprising, given that the whole point of the effect is to make it look on purpose like you're growing out your roots. Ombre actually makes dialing down your hair-coloring budget while retaining some of that expensive lighter color stylish.
4. Ombre is fun and on trend.
I am loving this look! It's fresh and unique. A little beachy and casual. It's an extremely flattering way to "go lighter." If you're thinking about a blonde hairstyle, but have always feared that it wouldn't flatter your complexion, ombre hair color is a nice compromise. Keep your natural color with closer to your face and transition as light as you dare at your ends.

PAUL NEWMAN'S TRIBUTE TO ELIZABETH TALOR

PAUL NEWMAN'S TRIBUTE .......
Paul Newman paid tribute to Elizabeth Taylor long before the dark-haired screen legend died. Elizabeth passed away yesterday from congestive heart failure at the age of 79. In the touching video, which was made long before Paul's death in 2008, Newman narrated the documentary tribute to his Cat on a Hot Tin Roof co-star.
In the early tribute video, Paul discussed how during the 1957 filming of Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Taylor's husband Mike Todd died in a plane crash. Mike's death devastated Elizabeth but she continued working on the film. In Hollywood, the show apparently must always go on.
Speaking about that time, Newman stated, "In the midst of our filming Cat on a Hot Tin Roof she became a widow. Yet she persevered and acting was therapeutic. I was overwhelmed with her professionalism. She later said that playing Maggie 'The Cat' saved her."
Taylor's later years were filled with several painful health problems. Once can only hope she's found peace with Paul Newman and Mike Todd. Hopefully, they are laughing over past times together.

LIZ TAYLOR DIES.....

FILE - This 1961 file photo shows actress Elizabeth Taylor in the film 'Butterfield 8' in 1961. Publicist Sally Morrison says the actress died Wednesday, March 23, 2011 in Los Angeles of congestive heart failure at age 79. (AP Photo/File)

LOS ANGELES - Screen legend Elizabeth Taylor, the violet-eyed film goddess whose sultry screen life was often upstaged by her stormy personal life, died Wednesday at age 79.
She died of congestive heart failure at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where she had been hospitalized for about six weeks, publicist Sally Morrison said.
"All her children were with her," Morrison said.
Taylor had extraordinary grace, fame and wealth, and won three Oscars, including a special one for her humanitarian work. But she was tortured by ill health, failed romances and personal tragedy.
"I think I'm becoming fatalistic," she said in 1989. "Too much has happened in my life for me not to be fatalistic."
Her eight marriages — including two to actor Richard Burton — and a lifelong battle with substance abuse, physical ailments and overeating made Taylor as popular in supermarket tabloids as in classic film festivals.
Taylor disclosed in November 2004 that she had congestive heart failure. But she still periodically dismissed reports that she was at death's door, saying she used a wheelchair only because of chronic back problems that began at age 12 when she fell from a horse.
"Oh, come on, do I look like I'm dying?" she said in May 2006 in a rare television interview on CNN's "Larry King Live." "Do I look like or sound like I have Alzheimer's?" Tabloids report such things "because they have nothing else dirty to write about anybody else," she said.
When she turned 75 the following year, she was asked about the secret to her longevity and quipped: "Hangin' in."
The London-born actress was a star at age 12, a bride and a divorcee at 18, a screen goddess at 19 and a widow at 26.
She appeared in more than 50 films, and won Oscars for her performances in "Butterfield 8" (1960) and "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?" (1966), in which she starred opposite Burton.
In later years, she was a spokeswoman for several causes, most notably AIDS research. Her work gained her a special Oscar, the Jean Hersholt Humanitarian Award, in 1993.
As she accepted it, she told a worldwide television audience: "I call upon you to draw from the depths of your being — to prove that we are a human race, to prove that our love outweighs our need to hate, that our compassion is more compelling than our need to blame."

TRUMP'S FLYAWAY HAIR.....

Flyaway hair during winter is a common problem because positive charges pick up your hair strands. Bad hair days equate to bad mood, and your hair makes it all too obvious by looking like it wants to leave you to play with snow (It's your lucky day, read these14 weird but effective ways to avoid a bad hair day ). A basic tip to get away from flyaway hair during winter is to add moisture. To make sure you get good hair days the whole year round, here are some tips that you’ll definitely find very easy to follow:
  • Tame your flyaway hair with hairspray. You can also spray your comb or hairbrush with a styling product or a hairspray, then tame your hair with it.
  • Expect static to be stronger during the cold months. The air gets dry inside your workplace or homes because of heating systems. To beat the cold and the static that comes with it, then spend $25 to get a humidifier.A humidifier evaporates drain water by ultrasonic vapor mechanisms or cooking some amounts of water. You can buy a humidifier with ultrasonic vapor mechanism if you are fine with producing cold fog in your house. The cooking device, on the other hand, will create steam. With a humidifier, your hair gets air with the right humidity level. Because of increased humidity, a reduction in static is made. If your hair is curly, your curls become stronger if the humidity is higher.
  • Use a gel or hair serum to tame your static hair. Gels and serums based on silicone are proven to tame your unruly hair. You can also use these products to make your hair smoother. Leave-on conditioners also help stylize your hair. Remember that a great way to get away with hair problems is to use the right hairstyling products.
  • Carry a lotion in your bag. You can use your body or hand lotion to tame your flyaway hair. Apply a little amount of lotion or cream on your hair and then run your fingers through the frizzy areas of your hair. If you are going to use lotion, remember to never use too much.
  • Use a dryer sheet and run it across your hair to get rid of flyaway hair. Shopping for hair products in general is easy as long as you know what you are looking for. In this case, look for products with essential oils, vitamin A, vitamin E, panthenol, biotin, jojoba, keratin, wheat germ or coconut oil because these substances tame your hair frizzy hair.
  • You can also try to dampen your hair. Wet your hands slightly and then run your fingers through your hair. You can also put water into a spray bottle and then spray water on your hair, especially on the areas with flyaway strands.
  • You can use static-free brushes. A dryer softener sheet will do the trick. Just rub it over your hair brush before brushing your hair. Your hair will not just become static-free but tangle-free as well.

Charlie's Back ????????

Charlie Sheen may be out of a job, for now, but according to reports swirling on Monday the actor may be back on television sooner rather than later.

NBC News quoted sources close to Sheen as saying that CBS had offered the actor back his job on the hit comedy "Two and A Half Men", but no deal had been struck and discussions were ongoing.

Elsewhere, The Hollywood Reporter said Sheen met with senior executives at rival network Fox last week for talks.

JOHN SAHAG DRY CUT

After years of studying art and sculpture, John began to experiment by straightening hair out first - and then he would cut and carve shapes into that dry hair - going in and out, shaping, building, structuring hair just like an architect would go about his craft. He created bold and dynamic styles that would just flow into place, as if that style has always been there. Like you were born with it!
After years of watching the same old “wet cut” in salons all over the world - John felt there was something missing. He felt it was boring, unimaginative, and more like a ‘cookie cutter” method that an art form. It never seemed to give people a look that was as individual as they were or a style as versatile - as John had dreamed about.
He saw infinite possibilities with the Sahag Dry Cut Technique because he could eliminate bulk where it wasn’t needed and add thickness and body where it “asked” to go. It is a more artistic method and much more difficult to perform. But when it is done, a client can wear it straight, curly, or wavy - any way they want. Because it works a million ways. That’s the beauty of it. It gives you a look that’s as individual and as versatile as you are.
The Sahag Cut takes time, patience, and concentration and every craftsman at the Sahag Workshop has mastered it. They know how to accent your best features and how to lessen and diminish others. They study your contours and angles and understand them like an artist, so they can do what John trained them to do. Treat every client individually and find the “look” that is yours, and yours alone! It's like a signature "cut" as unique as your fingerprint.
After you leave the workshop, you feel like a celebrity, like you have been treated like a star, and have found the “image” and the perfect cut and hairstyle for you. It is so unique and precision perfect - friends and strangers come over and ask “Who cuts your hair?” It’s the ultimate compliment, for you and for us.
John felt his Sahag Cut “worked like magic” and I promise you, once you experience it...so will you. This is by far my favorite way to cut hair, and I am very lucky to have studied with John Sahag .... this is a cutting method that works because the cut is designed for you and your hair...

THE NEW SHAG... easy, sexy ,and fun....

New shaggy short hairstyles may be messy, but that does not mean they are short on sexy! That just crawled out of bed look is not only easy to wear, but totally chic as well. Tousled and carefree, it’s a short haircut with wash and wear ease.
A sexy shag involves very little styling to look amazing. This fuss free hairstyle is ideal for the busy, yet trendy woman.
A shaggy hairstyle allows you the time to relax while you show-off your bold and funky attitude.
Most shag haircuts do typically include layers, but the types of layers and how they are worked into your hair depends on the style of shag you go with.
A sexy shag for short hair may use several layers that frame your face, with a few layers in the back to give a more consistent look without you loosing volume.
The furthest layer from the crown is often the longest, giving sleekness to the hairstyle and allowing for un-restricted flow.

John GallianoJohn Galliano's upcoming trial has just had another layer of intrigue added it it. It's been revealed that Galliano's lawyer of seven years, the man who will be defending him in court for his anti-semitic tirade, is Jewish.

Stephane Zerbib is sticking by Galliano's side despite the accusations set forth against it. For this, he's suffering through increasing hostility towards his decision—including death threats. Zerbib says:
Some people call me anonymously, swear at me. There are always those people who make a fuss but it's very easy to judge without knowing the case.Zerbib, for the record, doesn't believe Galliano made anti-semitic comments during the fight and that alcohol mixed with drugs were the root cause for the events. As for the video, he says:
Of course it's appalling. But then you realize it's not in the trial for a reason.

HAIR DRIVING YOU CRAZY ?????

ASK YOURSELF.......

When it comes to choosing your new hair style...Ask yourself these questions.
How much time do I allow for styling ??
what's my hair texture...
Do I want long hair so I may be able to put  it up  into  an updo or pony tails....
Will I be using hot tools ??? curling iron , flat iron etc....
How often will I need a haircut ??
Is my hair thick or fine ???
Will I want color..and how hard is it to maintain...
Does this cut look good on me ????

While trendy cuts are always fun, they are not always the best choice.  Pick a hair cut , that is easy ,  flattering to you, that you can always feel your best... with minimal time.

You want your haircut to make you feel great and be you. If you feel good it will show.
Too many times people pick wrong styles....thus too many bad hair day's.

WHAT DOES COLOR GLAZING DO ?????

Hairstyles, treatments and products are always changing to meet the demand of consumers. A fairly new entrant to the treatment category is hair glaze. There are two main types of glazing, but both give hair more shine, longer lasting color and manageability
Alan Kossof, general manager and salon director of the Teddie Kossof Salon Spa in Northfield, Illinois, says that the two main types of hair glaze are clear and color glaze. Both are treatments applied to dull, dry hair by a trained color professional.

  • Are All Hair Colors Equal?
Image by Flickr.com, courtesy of Kevin Dooley
    Are All Hair Colors Equal?
A clear glaze, applied to color-treated hair, fills holes in the hair cuticle--much like filling potholes in a road. The result is a barrier that locks in color and shine. The benefit is about two weeks more of color. Kossof says even the highest quality hair color and use of anti-fading, sulfate-free shampoo fades in about three to four weeks.

  • People with auburn or reddish colored hair lose color faster than other colors. Color molecules don't bond as well, Kassof says. People with this hair color benefit from having their hair cuticle flooded with glaze, providing more life, bounce and shine as well as longer color.

  • Color Glaze

  • People who want to provide a cascading color hue that shines in the sunlight and adds sleekness and sheen to their hair should ask for a color glaze. This treatment lasts one to two weeks but can still look good for up to four weeks with limited shampooing and heat treatments.
