THIS GUY NEEDS A MAKEOVER....The hat and glasses really need to go.. A nice haircut would also help as long as it is not too short , his face is way too fat and dough like.
A product like Barex Hairgomine would be my choice to finish.
At any rate, He has vowed to die rather than give up power , so probably a haircut / makeover would be the least of his problems. Maybe the Ukranian nurse will need hair help???
